At Luxybrushl, we aim to deliver a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience for all customers. This policy outlines the official guidelines for return, damage claim, and refund requests for all Luxybrushl makeup sponge products sold by Hangzhou Jiaofei Trading Co., Ltd.

Return Window

Customers are eligible to submit return requests within 30 calendar days after package delivery. All returned makeup sponges must be brand new, unused, unaltered, and kept in original intact packaging, along with valid purchase proof. Any returns sent without prior customer service confirmation will not be processed or accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict beauty hygiene standards and product protection regulations, opened, used, or sanitized makeup sponges, custom customized products, final clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Exceptions are only applicable for defective goods upon arrival or situations required by local consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Kindly inspect your purchased cosmetic powder puffs immediately after receiving your parcel. If you receive damaged, defective, wrong items or encounter missing goods issues, please contact our support team promptly. Provide your order number and clear photos of the products, outer packaging, and shipping label for verification. We will verify your case quickly and provide solutions including product replacement, full refund or other reasonable remedies.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees if the return is caused by personal reasons. Original shipping expenses are non-refundable. We highly suggest using a trackable shipping method for returned packages. All returned goods remain under the customer’s responsibility until our warehouse successfully receives and inspects the items. Shipping fees will be covered by our side only for defective, wrong-shipped products or cases mandated by local laws.

Refunds

After our team receives and thoroughly inspects your returned makeup sponges, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment account. Please allow a reasonable processing period for your bank or payment platform to complete the fund settlement. In accordance with legal regulations, we reserve the right to deduct compensation fees for product value loss caused by improper use or unnecessary handling of the goods.
