Refund Policy

We process eligible return requests filed within 30 days of package delivery.

Eligibility

Returned Luxybrushl makeup sponges need to be unused and kept in original condition, complete with original packaging and all matching accessories. A valid purchase receipt is necessary for return approval. Custom‑printed goods, gift cards and final‑sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except when local governing laws require otherwise.

Start a return

Before mailing back any merchandise, please email service@luxybrushl.com. Be sure to state your order number and list the Luxybrushl makeup sponges you plan to return. We will send you thorough return directions as well as the proper return shipping address through email.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your goods immediately upon parcel receipt. Should your makeup sponges arrive broken, flawed, or you get incorrect items, contact us promptly and attach clear photos. This allows us to review and resolve your problem efficiently.

Refunds

After we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned package, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Exceptions apply for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products, or situations mandated by local applicable laws.
